The PUMA 360 meeting is a biannual, internal meeting organized at PUMA HQ in Herzogenaurach, Germany. International Orange has been involved in the organization and development of the opening show for the PUMA 360 week for over 7 years.
We team up with PUMA to conceptualize, produce and execute this show. On-site, our team exists of approximately 10 people. Our roles are super diverse. Apart from event production, we not only take care of stage management, show calling and light operation, but we’re also involved in the content side of this production, meaning we take care of presentation design, video direction and editing and (motion) graphic design.
In close cooperation with INTERSPORT International Corporation, International Orange organizes a twice-yearly event: The INTERSPORT Go To Market meeting. INTERSPORT National Organizations (buyers) and global sports brands come together to present their new collections and marketing strategies, to finalize the buying process before starting the market process.
International Orange takes responsibility for the production & coordination of this 5-day event, including all day plenary presentations, daily meetings, brand evenings and more.
500 CMO’s from different companies were invited to the Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam, The Netherlands for an array of presentations by (inter)national speakers (among which Nicola Mendlsohn, VP Facebook EMEA). There were various fun activations and breakout sessions that informed the audience about the latest and greatest of the Facebook Family of Apps and Services.
International Orange covered the event concept and design, content creation, activations, show control and the productional execution.
